Terms of Service

1. What FairBill Does
FairBill is an AI-powered tool that analyses vehicle service job cards to identify items that are typically unnecessary or inconsistent with manufacturer service schedules. It is a second opinion, not a substitute for professional mechanical advice. We flag billing patterns based on documented upsell data and OEM service schedules. We do not inspect your vehicle and cannot account for conditions specific to it.
2. Your Responsibilities
Only upload job cards for your own vehicle or one you have permission to act on. Do not abuse or attempt to circumvent the service. Provide accurate vehicle details: incorrect information will affect analysis quality.
3. Pricing and Payments
FairBill is priced per scan. You always see your savings summary before you pay. Payment unlocks the full item-by-item breakdown.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. FairBill does not store your payment credentials. Coupon codes (such as early-access codes) unlock the full result without payment and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Refunds and Free Re-Scan
Completed scans are non-refundable as the analysis is delivered immediately. If a technical error prevented you from receiving your result, email us within 48 hours with your payment reference and we will resolve it.
A paid scan entitles you to one free re-scan of the same vehicle within 48 hours. The re-scan must match the original make, model, and vehicle type.
5. Disclaimer and Liability
FairBill is provided as-is. We do not guarantee that every flagged item is unnecessary for your specific vehicle, or that acting on the analysis will produce any particular saving. Always use your own judgement and consult a mechanic if unsure.
FairBill is not liable for any vehicle damage, warranty issues, or financial loss arising from use of or reliance on the analysis. Our total liability for any direct claim is limited to the amount you paid for the scan in question.
6. Intellectual Property
The FairBill name, logo, and platform content are owned by Mind Weaves. Your uploaded job card image remains yours. By uploading it you grant us a limited licence to process it for the analysis.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
