1. What We Collect
Job card image
The photo you upload. Sent to our AI for analysis and stored to improve the service.
Vehicle details
Make, model, year, odometer, fuel type, and city tier. Used to assess items against your specific vehicle.
Contact info (optional)
Phone or email if you choose to provide one. Used for support only. Never for marketing.
We do not collect your name, national ID, financial account details, or vehicle registration number. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
2. How We Use It
To analyse your job card and return a result. To improve the service using anonymised scan data. To respond to support queries if you contact us. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to anyone.
3. Services We Use
Payments are processed by Razorpay. FairBill never sees or stores your card or UPI details.
4. Data Retention and Your Rights
We retain scan data to improve the service. You can request a copy or deletion at any time by emailing mindweaves10@gmail.com with your scan link or vehicle details. We will handle it within 30 days.
5. Security
Job card images are stored in a private storage bucket. Scan results are accessible only via a unique share token. All data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS. No payment credentials pass through FairBill servers.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
